Hi, I’m Jackie—the baker and founder behind Faith & Flour Bakery Co.
What started as a love for creating incredible cookies became something much bigger. I believe the best food brings people together, celebrates life’s biggest moments, and reminds people they are loved.
Every cookie is handcrafted with premium ingredients, baked fresh, and made with the same care I’d serve to my own family. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, thanking a client, surprising a friend, or simply treating yourself, my hope is that every box brings a little more joy to your day.
But somewhere along the way, this dream stopped being just mine. Faith & Flour became something our family was building together.
And then it became ours
As Faith & Flour grew, so did our family’s commitment to it. My husband, Roberto, believed in this dream enough to take a huge leap—leaving his job to join Faith & Flour full-time.
Today, while I’m behind the scenes creating recipes, baking cookies, and running the heart of the bakery, you’ll often find Roberto behind the wheel of our cookie truck, bringing Faith & Flour out into our community.
We each bring something different to this business, and together we’re building something that gives our family the opportunity to work, dream, and grow side by side.
What started in our home kitchen has become a family business, and every order, event, and person who chooses Faith & Flour gets to be a small part of that story.
